Perry Police Participate in Today's National Drug Take Back Day | Raccoon Valley Radio – the one you can rely on

Today is Drug Enforcement Administration Drug Take Back Day, and the Perry Police Department is one of the participating locations.

Deputy Police Chief Jim Archer says anyone can drop off expired or unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medications today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., no questions asked. Archer tells Raccoon Valley Radio that items must be placed in a bag before delivery to the department and no inhalers or needles will be accepted. He directs people to drive to the garage doors on the south side of the building and volunteers help pick up materials.
