The criminal complaint at the time revealed that Bryan refused to submit to a sobriety test, with officers admitting his blood alcohol level was 0.15, nearly twice the legal limit for driving.

On the night of his drunk driving arrest in February, Bryan was also reportedly involved in an accident that resulted in property damage. He is also said to have failed to stop and give his name and address after the accident.

Bryan was released later that same day on $50,000 bail and had a court hearing scheduled for April 23.

“We got really loud,” he said. “We were screaming, and because we were in a townhouse that…” [thin walls]everyone could hear it.”

“At the end of the day [the police] They throw a lot of accusations at you because at the end of the day they want you to stand up for something,” Bryan continued. “I could have fought it…but this is more stress and drama.”
