Reckless Broward drivers precede a deadly shooting along Sheridan Street

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. — A man died Saturday after police officers found him injured in a crashed Nissan Altima in Broward County, police said.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting just before 1 a.m. in Pembroke Pines, according to Capt. Adam Feiner, a spokesman for the Pembroke Pines Police Department.

“The driver was immediately transported to a nearby hospital,” Feiner wrote, adding that the man later died.

The crime scene was located along Sheridan Street near Northwest 118 Avenue. Feiner said investigators learned before the fatal shooting that there were two reckless drivers on Sheridan Street.
