Badgers news: Game Thread vs. No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions

After a 23-3 win over the Northwestern Wildcats in Week 8, the Wisconsin Badgers return home for a big game against the No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions on Saturday. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m

It was another strong performance from the Badgers last Saturday as they handily defeated Northwestern with good play on offense and all-around play on defense.

Now they face one of the best teams in the country, Penn State, which has started the season 6-0 so far this year with wins over a ranked team in Illinois and USC.

The Badgers, considered 6.5-point underdogs, are looking to pick up their fourth straight win with a chance to pull off a big upset Saturday night at Camp Randall Stadium.

Wisconsin comes into the game with some notable injuries, as wide receiver Bryson Green is questionable after missing the last few games with a lower-body injury. Meanwhile, backup tight end JT Seagraves is questionable, while wideout Tyrell Henry and safety Kamo'i Latu remain out.
