Thousands flock to Bank of America Stadium for Carolina's concert

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – After waiting nearly an hour due to a weather delay at the Concert for Carolina, thousands of people finally made it to Bank of America Stadium.

The concert will be headlined by North Carolina natives Luke Combs and Eric Church. All proceeds go to charities that help those most in need. North Carolinians Scotty McCreery, Chase Rice, Parmalee, the Avett Brothers and James Taylor will also perform, along with several other big names.

All proceeds will be split between nonprofits supported by Combs and Church and include Chief Cares Fund, Samaritan's Purse, Manna Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina and Eblen Charities.
