“The Golden Bachelorette”: Joan lands in front of Fantasy Suites in “Paradise” in Tahiti

“The Golden Bachelorette” travels to Tahiti as Joan Vassos approaches a possible engagement.

In an exclusive clip from Wednesday's episode shared with TheWrap, Vassos travels from Los Angeles to Tahiti as she prepares for the final weeks of the ABC reality dating show, starting with fantasy suite dates in the ” Paradise”.

“This week we're leaving LA and heading overnight to the islands of Tahiti,” Vassos said in the clip as she traveled across the clear blue ocean. “I’m so happy… it’s indescribable.”

“Right now I have three boys left: Pascal, Guy and Chock,” she said. “My biggest hope is that my heart and my head come together and that [in] a few weeks, that ends in an engagement.”

The sleepovers come a week after Vassos visited the hometowns and met the families of her final four suitors before finally sending Jordan home. After their hometown dates, Vassos had rated Chock and Guy as committed, while she viewed Pascal and Jordan as non-committal.

Also sent home a week before the hometown dates was Bachelor Nation favorite Mark Anderson, the father of Kelsey Anderson, who got engaged to former Bachelor Joey Graziadei on his season of The Bachelor. Despite having an enjoyable one-on-one date with Anderson, Vassos arrived at the Bachelor mansion the next morning to tell Anderson that their connection was off and ultimately send him home.

Frontrunner Chock almost quit The Golden Bachelorette after receiving news of his mother's death. Instead, he left the show for a few days before returning during the cocktail party.

“The Golden Bachelorette” airs Wednesdays at 8pm ET/PT on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu.
