ROSEBURG POLICE CHARGE MAN FOR PREVIOUS HIT-HUN-HUN INCIDENT – KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police charged a man in connection with a previous hit-and-run accident Tuesday evening.

According to an RPD report, the 61-year-old was a suspect in a hit-and-run case that occurred on October 1st. He was contacted in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens Street at 8 p.m. The man admitted to hitting another car with his vehicle and then driving away. He was handcuffed and transported to the correctional facility.

The man was charged with failing to fulfill his duties as a driver, driving under probation and driving without insurance. He was released after the summons was issued.
