ABC7 Chicago was on scene as police investigated a break-in at a vape store at Irving Park Road and Ashland Avenue.

The owner told ABC7 this is not the first break-in at his business.

At about 3:47 a.m., police approached three men in a white Dodge Durango near the crime scene

As officers approached, the driver reversed, collided with a marked CPD patrol car and drove away.
