Diddy's sons tried to fight Ray J, broken by Chris Brown

DiddyHis sons were about to engage in a violent fistfight with him Ray J at a recent Halloween party… but their plans were put on hold thanks to an unexpected hero.

Sources tell TMZ … the rap mogul's three sons, Christian, QuincyAnd Justingot into a heated argument with outside influencer Ray J Tara Electra's Unruly Agency Halloween party in Los Angeles this weekend.

We're told that when the party ended in the early hours of the morning, Ray J and his crew headed to the parking lot. Amber rose, and managers David Weintraub …but was confronted by Diddy's three sons.

Sources say the siblings surrounded the singer because they were upset about some of the public comments Ray J made about the Bad Boy Records founder amid his legal troubles.

We're told things got heated between the men…the group got in each other's faces and pushed each other's chests. Sources claim both Justin and Christian made it clear they wanted to fight.

However, the incident did not escalate further… Chris Brownwho was watching everything from his car, stormed out and defused the situation with Ray's manager David by pulling Justin and Christian away.

We're told others also intervened to improve the situation…but there were no injuries.

This wasn't the first time Diddy's sons confronted Ray J either… as we've learned, the kids approached him several times before discussing the singer's comments. We're told Christian, Quincy and Justin tried to fight Ray J three times in different situations.

We're told Ray J was always open to talking to Diddy's sons… however, he was willing to fight the trio after they made disrespectful comments towards him.

According to sources, Ray J still considers Diddy and his kids family … so he refused to let “little kids” screw him over.
