David Ortiz can't stop tormenting Derek Jeter and A-Rod about the Yankees' World Series failures

FOX's MLB panel includes host Kevin Burkhardt with former baseball greats Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter and David Ortiz.

Rodriguez and Jeter were famous teammates on the New York Yankees from 2004 to 2013 and won a World Series together in 2009. Ortiz, on the other hand, played for New York's biggest rival, the Boston Red Sox.

He is a three-time World Series champion who famously helped pull off one of the greatest upsets in sports history when Boston miraculously came back from a 3-0 deficit in the 2004 ALCS.

Funnily enough, Ortiz continues to be a thorn in the side of Rodriguez and Jeter on the FOX broadcast. Just watch his reaction when the Yankees lost Game 3 of the 2024 MLB World Series to the Dodgers on Monday:

However, this isn't the first time fans have seen this hilarious energy from Ortiz.

Earlier in the series, after Ice Cube appeared at Dodger Stadium before a Dodgers win in Los Angeles, Ortiz stated that it was a “good day” because the Yankees lost.

Ortiz recently said he has tremendous “respect” for the Yankees and their fan base.

But his ability to poke fun at Rodriguez and Jeter for how their former team has come up short in the series so far is legitimately very funny to watch.
