A five-car crash on eastbound Highway 92 at the San Mateo Bridge led to a partial closure Tuesday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said.

Drivers should expect the left and middle lanes to be blocked around 3:45 p.m. The CHP office in Redwood City said there were complaints of pain from the passengers involved, but no major injuries.

There was no estimated time for the two lanes to reopen. CHP has not confirmed the cause of the crash.

Motorists are advised to expect delays.
