Paul O'Neill's terrible first pitch of the World Series required an overhaul

Is it a sign of the future?

Paul O'Neill, former Yankees outfielder and current YES Network analyst, was assigned to throw out the ceremonial first pitch for Game 4 and it didn't go well.

He airmailed the pitch entirely to former pitcher AJ Burnett in an unforgettable first pitch.

Burnett went and grabbed the ball, then sent it back to O'Neil to play again.
