Lady Gaga releases videos for “Disease” and “Die With a Smile”

After returning with “Disease” last week, Lady Gaga has officially shared the music video for the dark, pulsating single. But that's not all: In what she called a “Halloween double feature,” the monster mother also released a live video of her recent collaboration with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile,” from a performance in Las Vegas . The “Disease” music video begins in an idyllic suburban setting and is quickly replaced by the image of a disheveled Gaga collapsing on the hood of a car as if she had just been hit. From there we see scenes in which she is chased by the driver of the car, a character with Renaissance plague doctor chic, culminating in her being crushed between two buildings as the character returns to his car to drive off.

Gaga has been announcing a new album for a few months now, and “Disease” offered the first official taste of what's currently only being discussed LG7.

As for “Die With a Smile,” the song’s official music video was released alongside the single release last August, but the new live video was shot at Dolby Live in Las Vegas and captures the magic of Gaga and Mars together the stage. With Mars on guitar and Gaga playing alongside him, the song comes to life, with both singers passionately performing their parts and climaxing at full force, with pyrotechnics to boot. As for her duet partner Bruno Mars, his latest collaboration – “APT”. featuring Rosé by BLACKPINK – reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week.
