Super Micro (SMCI) shares fall after auditor EY quits over “integrity concerns.”

Ernst & Young LLP has resigned as auditor of the troubled server maker Super Micro Computer Inc.citing concerns about the company's governance and transparency.

According to a filing, Ernst & Young raised questions about the company's commitment to integrity and ethics that Super Micro was released on Wednesday. “We are withdrawing due to information that has recently come to our attention that has resulted in us no longer being able to rely on the representations made by management and the audit committee,” Ernst & Young wrote.
