Police are searching for a man convicted in the 2019 shooting

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – Bowling Green police are searching for a man convicted in the 2019 shooting.

In May 2019, 21-year-old David Thang was shot dead by 21-year-old Tre'Shawn Hutchins on Sebern Close Court.

He was arrested and charged with first-degree assault, three counts of wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree criminal mischief.

He pleaded guilty but did not appear for his final sentencing hearing on December 27, 2022.

Hutchins is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
