Producer Metro Boomin is accused of raping and impregnating a woman in a new lawsuit

Metro Boomin is being sued by a woman who has accused him of rape and sexual assault that allegedly resulted in her becoming pregnant.

According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday and obtained by Page Six, Vanessa LeMaistre alleged that hip-hop producer Leland Tyler Wayne allegedly raped her in 2016 at a hotel in Beverly Hills, California, after she passed out.

LeMaistre claimed in the lawsuit that she was “deeply upset and grieving” over the death of her 9-month-old son, Kamden, in February 2016, when she met Metro, 31, in Las Vegas through mutual friends.

In the lawsuit, she claimed she was invited to a studio session with the famous musician, who has collaborated with artists such as Future, 21 Savage, Post Malone, Migos, Drake and more.

LeMaistre, 38, accused Metro of giving her half of a Xanax pill and a shot of alcohol before she lost consciousness and woke up in a different location.

“The next thing Ms. LeMaistre remembers is waking up in a bed in another location with Wayne raping her and completely unable to move or make a sound,” the lawsuit says .

“She was in and out of consciousness for an unknown period of time, but eventually awoke when Wayne performed oral sex on her.”

any sexual activity, and Wayne’s conduct unquestionably constituted rape and sexual assault.”

A few weeks after the alleged assault, LeMaistre claimed in the lawsuit that she found out she was pregnant.

“She had not had sex with anyone else, so Ms. LeMaistre knew the pregnancy was the result of Wayne's rape,” the documents say. “Given the recent loss of her son and the traumatic nature of her pregnancy, Ms. LeMaistre knew she could not continue the pregnancy or maintain any semblance of her deteriorating mental health.”

As a result, LeMaistre claimed she had an abortion in November 2016.

A year later, Metro produced 21 Savage and Offset's hit song “Rap Saved Me”, which LeMaistre says contains lyrics about their encounter.

“She took a saved me (Rap, yeah) / She drives me crazy (Drive me brazy, yah), have my baby (Have my baby, yah),” Savage, née Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, and Offset, whose official name is Kiari Cephus , rapped in the chorus.

“It was frightening for Ms. LeMaistre to hear the lyrics over and over again as they described the situation that had happened to her and caused further trauma,” the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit also includes some of Metro's previous tweets in which he engaged in “misogynistic” behavior and talked about rape culture.

“She’s going to blow me whether she likes it or not. Molly is responsible for this,” he allegedly wrote in a now-deleted tweet, the lawsuit says.

“I'm trying to say #oomf that 'age is nothing but a number' lol,” the three-time Grammy-nominated artist also reportedly wrote on the social media platform.

Metro's attorney, Lawrence Hinkle II, denied the allegations against his client, calling the claims “pure shock.”

“These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay them months ago and he is refusing to pay them now,” his attorney said in a statement to Page Six on Wednesday.

“Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. Once he prevails, he will file a malicious prosecution lawsuit.”

“Metro Boomin has built a successful career using lyrics and social media that are not only offensive, but explicitly express his intentions to harm women. These are more than just words and it is time he is held accountable for his manipulative tactics and unacceptable behavior.”

LeMaistre’s legal team, Michael J. Willemin and Monica Hincken (Wigdor LLP) and Omar H. Bengali and Robert J. Girard II (Gerard Bengali, APC), said in a statement: “Metro Boomin has had a successful writing and writing career built social media that is not only offensive, but also explicitly expresses his intentions to harm women.
