Tulsa police arrested a man accused of having more than 700 files of child pornography on his phone.

Officials said Benjamin Glaze called a mental health hotline in April because he was suicidal and wanted to talk to someone, and a counselor arrived.

They said Glaze told the counselor he was addicted to child pornography.

The counselor is required to report suspected child abuse and reported this to the police. The investigation led to a search warrant.

They said a search of Glaze's phone revealed hundreds of images and videos containing child sexual abuse material involving girls as young as six.
