After Celebrity A finished, that person spit in Plaintiff’s mouth.”

Another victim, in a separate lawsuit filed Oct. 22, described a non-consensual sexual encounter that allegedly took place at a celebrity-filled party. The unidentified woman claimed she was raped by Combs at a house party in Manhattan in 2022. During the party, the independent musician, identified only as “Jane Doe,” recognized “various music industry celebrities” who were involved in the “widespread use of drugs, including cocaine, pills and marijuana.”

“Due to the effects of her drugged drink, Combs raped and abused plaintiff,” the lawsuit states. “The plaintiff was unable to stop him, as if she were trapped in her body, unable to participate but unable to resist. The next thing the plaintiff clearly remembers is that she woke up around 6:00 a.m. confused and disoriented in the same office where… the attack took place.”

“After examining herself, the plaintiff discovered blood from the vaginal area on her legs and bruising on her lips. She also found deep marks on her arms and wrists, suggesting she had been bound with ropes. In addition, she experienced significant pain and soreness in her vaginal region.”
