Uber Eats driver accused of nibbling a customer's food and spitting in her face during confrontation: police

An Uber Eats driver in Florida craving a late-night snack was reportedly caught nibbling on a customer's order in front of him, resulting in the driver reportedly spitting in the customer's face.

According to an affidavit obtained by Fox News affiliate FOX 13, 29-year-old Alexsandra Del Valle Acosta Aguilar was observed by an unknown customer “eating” outside the customer's home in Davenport, Florida took it out of the bag she had ordered”. September 12th.

The unidentified woman inside spotted the Uber Eat driver and went to meet her, documents say.

As she walked toward the entrance of her home, the woman spotted Aguilar holding up her “Happy Fall Y'all” sign. When the victim grabbed the sign, she said the couple started arguing and Del Valle Acosta Aguilar spat in her face.

After she was spit on, the victim said she covered herself with the shield and walked away from Aguilar.

Aguilar's alleged rampage was far from over, as the Uber Eats driver allegedly stole two decorative pumpkins worth $75 before driving away.

The affidavit states that investigators tracked Aguilar to her home in Winter Garden, Florida, where she allegedly admitted to making a delivery to the victim's address.

According to the documents, the victim said she was unable to select Del Valle Acosta Aguilar from a photo package due to a brain injury that affected her memory.

However, the victim described the suspect as a medium-sized Hispanic female in her late 20s to early 30s with long black hair, which matched the suspect's description.

Investigators arrested Aguilar based on the victim's statement, the suspect's statement and Uber Eats records.

Aguilar was charged with burglary, assault and grand larceny from a dwelling.
