A portion of West Broad Street is reopening following a dump truck accident

HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) – The Virginia Department of Transportation says the westbound lanes of West Broad Street have reopened following an accident involving a dump truck.

According to police, a dump truck crashed into a traffic pole at the intersection of Springfield Road around 4:45 a.m. Thursday.

The accident closed the road for six hours.
