It seems Mike Tyson is taking his upcoming boxing match with Jake Paul pretty seriously. Iron Mike, now nearly 60 years old, shows no signs of slowing down despite his age and has been training like there's no tomorrow in anticipation of their brawl.

Tyson has always been muscular thanks to all the workouts he did, whether it was bodyweight exercises or his signature push-ups. One part of his body that he always paid special attention to is his neck.

Mike Tyson's original neck training is brutal and, frankly, dangerous for most people. You roll around on the floor with your back arched over and over again, which would put far too much strain on the body of most (untrained) people.

It's so hard that even Iron Mike has decided not to try it now. Instead, he opted for a machine-assisted training session, which, to be fair, looks pretty strenuous. Just look at how his back muscles bulge as he hits the pads!

If you're wondering why boxers need to train their necks, consider how often they get hit in the head during a fight. A strong neck can help withstand some force and keep you on your feet. And Tyson's neck looks ready for some action.

I feel sorry for Jake Paul for his upcoming game. I was fascinated by him after watching the Netflix documentary, and the thought of Tyson knocking him out after two rounds made me even sadder.

Iron Mike is an incredibly strong person with extensive boxing experience, so I'm betting on him to win. Looking at the workouts he's been posting lately and the sheer strength he's putting on, I'd be surprised if the problem child lasted too long.
