Myrtle Beach man pleads guilty to fentanyl drug charges

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A Myrtle Beach man is headed to prison on fentanyl drug charges.

According to the 15th Judicial District Attorney's Office, Samuel Sellers, Jr., 51, pleaded guilty Wednesday to third-offense distribution of fentanyl and third-offense possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

District Court Judge Benjamin Culbertson sentenced Sellers to 10 years in prison on each count. The sentences will run concurrently, meaning he will spend a total of 10 years in prison.

Jesse Glasgow, the assistant attorney, led the case.
