Caesar McDowellCEO of Unite the People, the nonprofit law firm representing Tory, tells TMZ… “The fact that Megan lied about her sexual relationship with Tory obviously makes her an unreliable witness. If someone lies in front of millions of people, how can they? Do you trust what else they say?”

We're told Tory is appealing his sentence and that his appeal “includes previous false statements made by Megan.”

Megan Thee Stallion admits she lied Gayle King about their relationship with Tory Lanez …said she was being stupid when she told Gayle they never fucked.

The “Savage” rapper comes clean in her new Amazon Prime documentary “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words,” saying she dated Tory once or twice while she was drunk.

Gayle pressed Megan for details about her relationship with Tory during a 2022 CBS Mornings interview about the July 2020 shooting. Remember, Meg accused Tory of firing a gun in her direction and telling her, “Dance, bitch” — and a jury agreed, convicting him of assault with a semi-automatic firearm.

During their meeting, Megan told Gayle that she never had sex with Tory – but now she says that was a lie and the question surprised her.

Regardless, Megan aptly points out that her sexual relationship with Tory would not justify him firing a gun and injuring her.

Tory is currently is serving a 10-year prison sentence for the shoot… and it will be interesting to see how her sex confession goes down with him.
