Fourth man arrested in death of man missing in Bangor

A fourth man has been arrested in connection with the death of a man missing in Bangor.

Holden Melvin, 32, of Charleston, was wanted for hindering apprehension or prosecution, according to Bangor police Detective Sgt. Tim Shaw.

Piscataquis County Sheriff's deputies arrested Melvin on Wednesday. He is being held at the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor, Shaw said Friday morning.

It is the latest arrest in connection with the death of 27-year-old Dylan Caruso of Corinth. According to police, Caruso was last seen alive on lower Ohio Street around 9 p.m. on September 30.

His body was found in the Exeter woods on October 23rd. The Maine Medical Examiner's Office in Augusta ruled his death a homicide.

Police arrested 35-year-old Kenneth Creamer of Exeter on Tuesday. He was accused of murder.

Dylan Boyce, 31, from Exeter, and Dylan Belanger, 31, from Corinth, were also arrested. Boyce was arrested on Tuesday and Belanger was arrested on Wednesday. They are also charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Shaw said no further information would be released at this time.
