Toledo man arrested for threatening to kill family of man who killed his father

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man whose father was beaten and killed on October 22 has been arrested for threatening to kill the family members of the man suspected of killing his father.

Demarcus Marshall Sr., the son of Curtis Marshall, was arrested and charged with four counts of menacing and four counts of intimidation after he threatened to kill the family of the man who allegedly killed his father.

According to court documents, Demarcus Marshall Sr. was seen behind the family's home pointing a gun at the residence. Demarcus Marshall Sr. was stopped by police as he left the area and a gun was found in his car.

A Lucas County grand jury has indicted Demarcus Marshall Sr. on four counts of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal proceeding and four counts of aggravated threatening.
