Malachi Corley's goal-line drop reverses the first NFL TD on a colossal Jets fumble

That's a rookie mistake that Malachi Corley will remember.

The Western Kentucky freshman receiver dropped the ball as he entered the end zone in what would have been a 19-yard touchdown run backwards.

It was ruled a fumble and the Texans took the lead in a scoreless game early in the second quarter.

This contributed to the difficult start to Corley's NFL career.

He was only active when Allen Lazard was sidelined with a pectoral injury.

This would have been by far the third-round draft pick's biggest play as a Jet.

Instead, it was another faux pas by a Jets in a season filled with undisciplined errors.
