Suns-Clippers updates: Phoenix aims for third straight win in rematch against LA

The Phoenix Suns (3-1) play at the Los Angeles Clippers (2-2) on Thursday evening. The game will be broadcast on Arizona's Family TV (Chapter 3) and NBA TV at 7:30 p.m

This will be the Pacific Division rivals' second meeting in LA since the Suns beat the Clippers 116-113 in their opening thriller in overtime.

The Suns enter Thursday's matchup on a two-game winning streak. Playing for the second game in a row, the Clippers suffered a 106-105 home loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.

Suns and Clippers injury reports

Phoenix starter Bradley Beal (elbow) was a likely game-winning decision for Thursday's game. Backup striker Josh Okogie (hamstring) will be out again and has yet to make his season debut.

LA star Kawhi Leonard (knee) and center Mo Bamba (knee) remain out. Veteran forward PJ Tucker is no longer with the team.
