Bollywood is set for a fierce box office hit this Diwali as the highly anticipated threequels 'Singham Again' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' clash. Both films hit cinema screens today with great hype. Singham Again is led by Ajay Devgn while Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan headline Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Singham Again is a masala entertainer while Kartik Aaryan's film is a horror comedy entertainer. Singham is a bigger franchise and hence trade experts expected it to take the lead in pre-sales but surprisingly, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 puts up a tough fight. All Indian progress of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Starr is higher than that of Singham Again.

Singham Again also benefits from the likes of Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Kareena Kapoor. However, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 had a narrow lead over Singham Again in pre-sales. This further shows that horror-comedy is the genre that Bollywood audiences are currently most excited about.

Although BB3 is currently ahead, it has fewer shows than its rival. With the advantage of having more performances, Singham Again will comfortably take the top spot in the openings. According to industry estimates, Singham Again will collect around Rs. 40 crores nett while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is expected to fetch around Rs. 30 crores nett on the first day.

With 'Stre 2', Bollywood witnessed staggering collections and success. As per the current scenario, Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa are expected to create havoc at the box office. When word of mouth is good, the sky is the limit, and let's see which film comes out on top in the long run.
