Los Angeles Clippers vs. Phoenix Suns: How to watch online, live stream information, start time, TV channel

Mid-term report

A Clippers win would push their record above .500, and after two quarters they have put themselves in a good position to make that happen. They have some cushion as they currently lead the Suns 70-52.

The Clippers entered the game with added motivation after suffering a loss the last time these two teams met. We'll see if they can flip the script or if it'll just stay more of the same.

Who plays

Phoenix Suns @ Los Angeles Clippers

Current records: Phoenix 3-1, Los Angeles 2-2

Here's how to watch

What you should know

The Clippers will play in front of their home fans on Thursday, but a look at the spread shows they may need that home advantage. After playing just yesterday, they'll get right back to it, hosting the Phoenix Suns at the Intuit Dome at 10:30 p.m. ET. The Clippers' defense has only allowed 107.5 points per game this season, so the Suns' offense will still have some work to do.

The Clippers come into this game after oddsmakers had set the over/under low of 219 last week, but even that ended up being too high. They narrowly missed a win on Wednesday, losing to the Trail Blazers 106-105. Los Angeles failed to live up to its potential and fell short of the advantage the oddsmakers expected at the start of the game.

The Clippers' defeat came despite a good game from Norman Powell, who scored 30 points in addition to five rebounds. Powell's performance made up for the slower game against the Warriors on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Suns didn't have much breathing room in their match against the Lakers on Monday, but still won 109-105. The victory was even more spectacular because Phoenix was down by 18 with 5:16 left in the first quarter.

Kevin Durant and Devin Booker were among the Suns' key playmakers, with the former going 11-for-20 en route to 30 points as well as eight rebounds and four blocks and the latter scoring 33 points. Durant's night made it four straight games in which he scored at least 30 points.

The loss against Los Angeles dropped the record to 2-2. The victory marked Phoenix's second consecutive victory and increased their season record to 3-1.

The Clippers couldn't quite overcome the Suns in their last meeting last Wednesday, losing 116-113. Can the Clippers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
