Suns' Bradley Beal is out for Halloween vs. Clippers

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal is out for Thursday's Halloween game at the Los Angeles Clippers with a right elbow sprain.

Beal was questionable for Monday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers because of an elbow problem, but he played through it. Beal played 35 minutes and scored 15 points with four assists in the win.

The veteran missed Phoenix's last game against the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday. Rookie Ryan Dunn started in his place and will start again against the Clippers.

Suns guard Josh Okogie is out with a right hamstring strain that delayed his season debut.

Star Kawhi Leonard remains uncommitted to return after suffering a right knee injury, while backup center Mo Bamba also has yet to play this year due to a left knee injury.

The Suns defeated the Clippers to open the regular season by a score of 116-113 in overtime at the new Intuit Dome in LA. Beal scored 24 points in the win.

Thursday's opening tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on 98.7 and the Arizona Sports App.
