FHP is working on a hit-and-run accident near the Bozeman school

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A hit-and-run accident outside the Bozeman school football field in Bay County is under investigation. According to Florida Highway Patrol Troopers, two cars were involved. It is said that the driver of a car got out and ran into the nearby forest. Police officers are searching the area with drones and K9 aircraft.

Witnesses at the scene say at least one person was injured. Officials did not want to provide any information about the severity of these injuries. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.
