At least one dead in accident early Friday

BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – At least one person is dead after a crash in Bradenton this morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Investigators first responded to the accident just before 3 a.m. Friday. It happened near where 44th Street meets US-301.

The southbound lanes of the 301 are closed in the area while investigators search the area.
