Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos wear the sexiest Halloween costumes yet on “Live.”

Days after Kelly Ripa revealed it Live with Kelly and MarkWhile the show's annual Halloween episodes typically see the co-hosts “stripping naked” in front of crew members backstage, she and husband Mark Consuelos brought festive lust to the cameras in one of the show's wildest seasonal performances yet.

Continuing the talk show's years-long tradition of decking themselves out in sometimes awesome, sometimes crazy, sometimes elaborate (but always iconic) pop culture-inspired Halloween costumes, Ripa and Consuelos took viewers on a meme-worthy journey of the moments of the year in the media, including references to Just murders in the building, Chimpanzee crazythe resurgence of Tiger Kingand more.

But first, the show began with a musical homage to Nicole Kidman's musical sequence that launched the Netflix hit The perfect couple – all the time Live Cast and crew members dressed as characters Beetlejuice (including Ripa as Winona Ryder, Consuelos as Michael Keaton and producer Michael Gelman as Bob).

Ripa next starred in a remake of the Disney and Pixar box office hit Inside Out 2which introduced Riley, now 50, to several new emotions including menopause (yes, who triggers hot flashes), libido, mood swings, brain fog and dead inside.

“What do you think about putting down the book and joining me on this side?” Riley's husband (played by Consuelos) says during a scene in a bedroom, which leads to a shot in Riley's head where libido is apathetic Message delivered: “Hello, you have achieved libido. I am not available, please leave a message. Whatever you need from me, you have to take care of it yourself.”

Next up was a steamy parody of a Hallmark Christmas movie titled A gold medal Christmas, It starred the co-hosts as Olympians who made headlines at the Paris Games this summer, including Australian breakdancing icon Raygun and Anthony Ammirati, a pole vaulter whose, er, talent broke the internet after his penis exploded during his had hit the crossbar during the competition run.

The film's fake trailer even featured a cameo from gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik, who appeared a few times in the clip following a previous cameo from Oscar winner Da'Vine Joy Randolph Just murders in the building Segment.

Consuelos and Ripa also went into quick-change mode between commercial breaks, briefly switching outfits to imitate Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce before leading a double-header with references to Lady Gaga toward the middle of the show. First, the pair wore retro outfits similar to those worn by Gaga and Bruno Mars in their “Die With a Smile” music video, with the pair mimicking Gaga's heavily-memed cigarette from the visual – using some of the show's setting The number of cigarettes in Ripa's mouth grows exponentially with every shot the camera cuts to her.

Consuelos and Ripa later returned to the set as Joker (Joaquin Phoenix) and Harley Quinn (Gaga). Joker: Folie à Deuxin between interviews with pop star Joey Fatone while he was dressed as Wolverine and the co-hosts wore suits inspired by Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool character.

The show's 2024 Halloween edition follows last year's spirited broadcast, which featured 50 costume changes from a scene inspired by it Spirit to a hybrid The Golden Bachelor And The White Lotus.

Outside the Live Other celebrity Halloween costumes this year included Janelle Monáe's disturbing getup as ET, Halle Bailey dressing up as her titular twin Halle Berry, and Drag Race Star Jinkx Monsoon as the legendary Pokémon Jynx (of course).
