Disrespectful Dalits: BJP as Mallikarjun Kharge's clip outside nomination venue goes viral

BJP leaders on Wednesday attacked the Congress for “disrespect” towards Dalits after a video showing Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge entering the venue for Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's nomination in Wayanad went viral.

“It is deeply disheartening to witness the disrespect shown by the so-called Holy Trinity in Wayanad today to a veteran parliamentarian and Dalit leader like Shri Khargeji. Does the family take pride in humiliating those it considers to be mere rubber stamps, whether it is the president of the AICC or the PCC,” BJP leader and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said.

Former minister and senior Karnataka BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar asked where Congress chief Kharge was at the time Priyanka filed nominations.
