Milwaukee drivers can expect delays and road closures Friday as Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump hold dueling campaign rallies in the area.

Where will there be traffic delays in Milwaukee?

Joe Biesk, a spokesman for the U.S. Secret Service's Chicago field office, told the Journal Sentinel that the agency “will have multiple protections in or around Milwaukee in the next few days.”

“Motorists should expect temporary traffic disruptions and parking restrictions,” Biesk said, but gave no further details.

Trump returns to the Fiserv Forum, site of the Republican National Convention. The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the former president is expected to give an economics lecture.

Meanwhile, Harris will host a rally and concert at the Wisconsin State Fair Exposition Center in West Allis concurrent with Trump's event, according to an event post from the Wisconsin Democratic Party. GloRilla, Flo Milli, MC Lyte, The Isley Brothers and DJ GEMINI GILLY are scheduled to perform.

Speculation about a campaign rally another day focused on Veterans Park, where a concert-sized stage was erected Thursday and where permits filed with the city indicated a Harris campaign rally would be held.

Both presidential candidates returned to Wisconsin on Wednesday. Harris held a rally and concert in Madison with Gracie Abrams, Remi Wolf and others, while Trump held a rally just outside Green Bay that also featured former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre.
