Navy Federal Credit Union experiences an outage

NORFOLK, Va. (Wavy) – The Navy Federal Credit Union is experiencing issues with its mobile and online banking on Friday, according to its website.

“We are aware of the intermittent issues impacting our mobile and online banking platforms and are actively working to restore these services. We apologize for the inconvenience,” the warning banner reads.

Reports of outages spiked around 8:20 a.m., with the highest number reported at around 9:06 a.m. at 873. according to down detector.

The mobile app displays a maintenance icon indicating that the app is currently unavailable.

The cause is not yet known.
