Police investigate the large crime scene in Frayser with a helicopter overhead

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A large police presence has emerged in North Frayser.

Police are spread out near Mountain Terrace Street and St. Elmo Avenue.

A police helicopter is monitoring the area.
