Madison Co. man charged with sex crimes

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) – A Richmond man is charged with child sexual exploitation.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office says an investigation revealed that Derek Hahn uploaded an explicit video of a child to the internet.

Officers arrested him on Tuesday.

He is accused of distributing material depicting a child under the age of 12 in a sexual performance.

He is currently in the Madison County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
