The Philadelphia Eagles legend announces he is heading to State College for the Penn State-Ohio State game

Jason Kelce has been very busy during his retirement from professional football.

He will be busy at Penn State this weekend.

The former Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro center announced he will be in State College this weekend, presumably for undefeated Penn State's Big Ten showdown against Ohio State on Saturday at Beaver Stadium.

Kelce, who is popular with the Eagles' fan base, made the announcement on his New Heights podcast alongside his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

The clip of Jason's announcement appeared on the Penn State Football Twitter account on Wednesday.

In the short clip, Jason said he has never been to State College but has gone fly fishing in the area.

It also sounds like Jason will likely appear on ESPN's College GameDay show, broadcast live from State College.

Kelce hinted that he might take part in Pat McAfee's field goal challenge.

“I’m officially going to Happy Valley,” said Jason Kelce, who is a member of ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown.”

“That’s right, Penn State this week.”

Kelce finally added, “I'm pretty excited about it for a few reasons.”

No. 3 Penn State (7-0) hosts No. 4 Ohio State (6-1) at noon Saturday. The game will be broadcast by FOX.
