State Police are investigating a fatal crash on I-69 in Eaton County

BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WILX) – Troopers with the Michigan State Police Lansing Post are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Saturday morning on I-69 in Eaton County.

The single-vehicle accident occurred on NB I-69 between Hartel and Lansing Roads near Potterville.

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, both northbound I-69 and southbound I-69 were closed while police responded to the crash. The police are warning motorway drivers to find another route.
