In anticipation of severe weather in Oklahoma State, kickoff times on two Saturdays for college football have been changed. Oklahoma has moved the kickoff time for its game against Maine to noon ET. Elsewhere at Oklahoma State and Arizona State, games begin at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Sooners and Black Bears were originally scheduled to kick off at 2:30 p.m., while the Cowboys and Sun Devils were scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. Heavy rain and thunderstorms are forecast for the state of Oklahoma throughout the weekend, the National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Norman, Oklahoma, running from Saturday morning through Monday evening.

Here's how to watch Oklahoma State vs. Arizona State

Date: Saturday November 2nd | Time: 3:30 p.m. ET
Location: T. Boone Pickens Stadium – Stillwater, Oklahoma

Oklahoma athletic director Joe Castiglione explained the decision in a statement released by the school.

“As the forecast for Saturday called for afternoon storms, we have decided to move the game forward for the safety of fans and participants,” Castiglione wrote. “Although it is difficult to predict whether there will be game delays due to potentially bad weather, this step increases our chances of avoiding such disruptions. Additionally, the earlier start will ideally allow our fans to enjoy the game and travel home safely before the storms intensify.”

The Oklahoma vs. Maine game will air on ESPN+ and SEC Network+. The Oklahoma State vs. Arizona State contest will air on Fox in Arizona State and Oklahoma State. FS2 and the Fox Sports app will broadcast the game in other markets.

The Sooners will look to end a three-game losing streak with a win over the Black Bears this weekend. Oklahoma is currently 4-4 on the season and needs to win two of its last four games to achieve bowl eligibility. With games remaining against Missouri, Alabama and LSU, the Sooners need not only a win over Maine but also a good performance to build momentum for a difficult long run.

The Cowboys are looking to avoid a sixth loss in a disappointing season in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Oklahoma State entered the year as one of the favorites to win the Big 12, but is 0-5 in the league and 3-5 overall. Arizona State enters the game at 5-2 overall and has a conference record of 2-2. With a win, the Sun Devils would achieve bowl eligibility.
