Police are asking for help identifying two people who were at the Vancouver Mall during Thursday's shooting

Vancouver police and Crime Stoppers of Oregon are asking for the public's help in identifying two women who were at the Vancouver Mall on Thursday evening when a shooting left one person dead and two others injured. Investigators want to speak with the women, but police do not believe they were involved in the shooting, a news release said.

Anyone who can identify the women in the photos above is asked to submit an anonymous tip to the Crime Stoppers of Oregon website. Crime Stoppers is offering cash rewards of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest in an unsolved criminal case.

The shooting occurred at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 31 in the food court area, just as the mall was hosting a family-friendly Halloween event with hundreds of parents and children running for exits or safe hiding places.

The shooter is still at large, Vancouver police said Saturday. Anyone with information about the shooting who has not spoken to police is asked to call the Vancouver Police Department tip line at 360-487-7399.
