Ja Morant's performance at Memphis Grizzlies vs. Philadelphia 76ers goes viral

The Philadelphia 76ers are dealing with injuries to Joel Embiid and Paul George. Neither player has made their season debut, but both took part in a five-on-five game during recent practice in Philadelphia.

The 76ers faced the Memphis Grizzlies, another very injury-plagued team, on Saturday. While Memphis is currently without Desmond Bane, Marcus Smart and several other key contributors, it does have Ja Morant.

Morant had another strong performance on Saturday, finishing the game with 18 points, 12 assists, six rebounds and two steals. Morant had a few highlights that went viral in his game, most notably an acrobatic layup.

The Grizzlies already need a lot from Morant, but they'll need even more from the Supercars point guard with so many key players out due to injury. Morant only played nine games last season due to injury and is particularly motivated to lead the Grizzlies back to the playoffs.

With their win over the 76ers, the Grizzlies are now 4-3 on the season. As the Grizzlies wait for reinforcements and want to survive in the very difficult Western Conference, they have done well so far in the first seven games.
