Man arrested after gun and illegal drugs found during traffic stop

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (FOX26) — A man was arrested during a drug raid in Santa Cruz on Thursday evening, according to the CHP.

According to the CHP, a K9 officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for multiple code violations Thursday evening.

During the stop, CHP searched the vehicle.

CHP says they found a gun and illegal drugs in the vehicle.

The driver, a 26-year-old man from Marina, was arrested and faces multiple charges.
