Jaxson Hayes pushed and spat on Sofia Jamora during the 2021 incident, footage shows

Los Angeles Lakers player Jaxson Hayes rioted before his arrest in 2021 – he insulted his then-girlfriend and put his hands on her Sofia Jamora during a heated argument… and it was all caught on surveillance video.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage and images from a source close to Jamora…related to her ongoing lawsuit against Hayes.

The July 2021 argument — which sparked after Jamora accused Hayes' dogs of injuring her much smaller dog — shows the 7-foot-tall woman dragging the model from one room to another around 1:35 a.m seems… like she pleaded with him to let her go.

Jamora ran off-camera into another room… and Hayes followed her, saying, “Is this f***ing wrong with you?” before a banging sound is heard. Jamora then begged Hayes to “come out.”

At 1:47 a.m., Hayes reappeared on the Ring camera … and his cousin tried to calm him down, to no avail — the NBA player went back into Jamora's room, a loud crash was heard … and Jamora appeared to scream into it Pain as she asked Hayes to stop.

Eight minutes later, Jamora is seen walking up the stairs with Hayes running after her… but she tells him several times to let her go and get out of the house.

At 2:02 a.m. the two went outside…and Jamora threatened to call the police.

“I won’t let you hit me anymore,” Jamora said. “What the hell do I look like, like a punching bag?”

As Hayes walked back into the house, he pushed Jamora aside… before turning around and spitting in her direction.

Then Jamora told Hayes' cousin to get him off the premises … saying, “I don't know what else to do.”

When Hayes went back inside, he remained heated…breaking items and flipping furniture.

Images taken after the incident appear to show bruises on Jamora's legs and arms.

As we previously reported, police officers responded to the home … and Hayes pushed an officer before being tasered and arrested. An officer was injured in the incident… and at one point Hayes said he couldn't breathe… leading to an investigation into excessive use of force within the LAPD.

Hayes first was faced with 12 charges … but ultimately he did not object to resisting arrest and deprivation of liberty. He was sentenced to three years probation, 450 hours of community service and domestic violence classes.

He was not penalized by the NBA.
