Kamala Harris has a one-point lead in Michigan, a new poll shows

Michigan remained a crucial swing state that's hard to call as Vice President Kamala Harris led Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump by just one percentage point, a new poll showed.

Of the 908 likely Michigan voters who took part in a telephone and online poll conducted Oct. 24 through Friday by Rasmussen Reports and American Thinker, Harris led Trump 49-48%, with 1% saying otherwise candidates supported and 2% were undecided the final weekend of the campaign.

The poll released Saturday had a margin of error of 3 percentage points.

An earlier poll by Rasmussen Reports and American Thinker released two weeks ago put Harris and Trump at 48% each.

There are 16 electoral votes available in Michigan, one of seven battleground states expected to decide the election.
