HPD is searching for the person who shot a man in East Houston

East Houston – Houston police are searching for the person responsible for shooting a man in East Houston.

Investigators say there was a party just before 2 a.m. Sunday at a home on Chadwick Street and Dorsett.

Police said a man in his 20s was found outside the home with at least one gunshot wound. Officers said they believe it was a drive-by shooting. Investigators are interviewing witnesses, but no suspects have been named.
