The 49-year-old Mandalorian superstar shared a glimpse into his workout routine.

Pascal has been busy hitting the gym ahead of Ridley Scott's highly anticipated sequel to the 2000 blockbuster.

The actor insisted on sculpting his body for the character and confirmed that in fact he was only motivated by the role.

During an exclusive interview with Entertainment tonight On Sunday, November 3, the Narcos star reflected on his transformation for his dream role.

He told the outlet: “I became stronger than ever just to be able to really play the character. I didn't have a single instruction from the film to get into any shape. But I did it, especially to achieve this. I wasn't going to get hurt – and it didn't work: I got hurt anyway.”

In response to a question about his drive to work, Pascal added: “Wake up and do your best.”

His response prompted the interviewer to quickly chime in with his humor and add, “Only a baby would say that.”

To which, The wild robot alum responded with a laugh, “I've reached ultimate babe status.”

For the uninformed, Gladiator II is scheduled to be released in the US on November 22nd
