TBI is investigating death at Campbell County Jail

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said an investigation is underway at the Campbell County Jail.

TBI said agents responded to the jail Sunday morning for a reported death.

Currently, information is extremely limited, including the person's identity and the circumstances of death.

The TBI says more information will be released after next of kin is contacted.
