Commanders fan takes scary fall over seats at MetLife Stadium in viral video

A rowdy Commanders fan may have received a scary punishment from the football gods when he talked trash during his team's win over the Giants on Sunday.

A Washington fan wearing an Art Monk jersey was captured on social media turning to other fans in the upper deck of MetLife Stadium and shouting, “Shut the fuck up!” while making a few hand gestures in their direction made.

The Commanders fan then turns around and tries to climb down the row of seats as things take a turn for the worst.

As he leans forward, he loses his balance, falls forward and rolls down two rows of seats before crashing into the concrete barricade at the front of the sections as the stunned onlookers watched.

He slowly stood up and appeared OK while being checked by MetLife Stadium security.

Despite the embarrassing moment going viral, the fan was able to witness his Commanders defeat the Giants 27-22 to move to 7-2 while taking first place in the NFC East.

Star rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels completed 15 of 22 passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns for receiver Terry McLaurin and also ran for 35 yards in the win.

Under new head coach Dan Quinn, Washington has experienced quite a turnaround after the team posted a disappointing 4-13 record last season.

It opened the door for them to take Daniels second overall out of LSU.

It should give the Commanders fan many moments to forget the moment he experienced at MetLife Stadium.
